HR and the London Olympics – free event for senior HR professionals
Leading employment law barrister, Andrew MacPhail, will be discussing the HR implications of the London Olympics, in particular:
• Focussing on the more typical employment issues surrounding absence management and performance issues, Andrew will take you through the law in these areas and advise how best to apply it.
• We will work together on a case study incorporating the various issues an employer is likely to face during the upcoming Olympic Games.
Andrew will conclude the session by discussing the most recent changes to the law on holiday leave/pay.
This event will be on Wednesday 29th February 2012, 8am-10am. Breakfast will be provided.
